Since August 2005, he has co-hosted the award-winning podcast,Lawyer2Lawyer, available through the Legal Talk Network. As a practicing lawyer, Bob also provides media and new media consulting to law firms and law-related companies. Formerly, he was with American Lawyer Media (ALM) in New York, where he was editor-in-chief of the National Law Journal and editorial director of the Litigation Services Division, responsible for a range of print and electronic publications.

Before joining ALM, Bob was with Lawyers Weekly Publications where he was founding editor of the national newspaper, Lawyers USA, and editor-in-chief of the company’s flagship newspaper, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.

A 1980 graduate of Boston College Law School, he is a fellow of the College of Law Practice Management and a fellow and trustee of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation.

In 2005, she started a marketing company and couldn’t find a lawyer that was willing or able to help a startup. After hearing similar stories from other entrepreneurs, she decided she would dedicate her solo law practice to helping the small business owner sidestep the legal and operational pitfalls that might otherwise put them out of business. With business education and real world experience, Gina hopes to be a more valuable asset to a business than simply another lawyer.

Ms. Bongiovi is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, and the American Bar Association including the Young Lawyers Section, Solo and Small Firm Division, and Business Law Division. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and all Nevada state courts.

Mr. Cox began practicing immigration law in 2001 and has represented businesses and individuals in a wide variety of immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters. He has advised small business about matters ranging from concept development to incorporation, from funding to dissolution.  For six years Mr. Cox litigated cases in the Air Force military justice system.  He represented the government as a prosecutor for two years and then spent four years exclusively defending Air Force members accused of military offenses.  He has experience in marketing, advertising and developing a business web presence, including new media. David Cox worked as a software executive where he was responsible for developing web-based delivery of software services.

Mr. Cox has an International Relations under graduate degree from Brigham Young University and he received his JD in 1993 from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. He has been practicing law since 1993 and is admitted to practice law before the bars of the states of Utah, Georgia and Missouri, and the bars of the United States Supreme Court as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Northern District of Georgia .  He is also admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.

Mary received her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Mount Olive College in Mount Olive, NC; her law degree at North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC; and her Financial Planning training and Decision Sciences training while earning an MBA at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.

Mary has been a guest lecturer at Duke University and is a frequent speaker at educational, fraternal, and social organizations. She teaches Estate Planning and Elder Law classes to her fellow attorneys and other professionals in continuing education classes. Mary is admitted to practice law in North Carolina and admitted to practice before the United States Federal Court, Eastern District of North Carolina.

Tom is former chair of the Franchise Committee of the New York State Bar Association’s Business Law Section and a former member of the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising.

He is a transactional lawyer who also acts as general counsel for companies that do not have in-house counsel.

An early computer user and former computer law practitioner, he has experience in both large- and small-law firms.

His areas of practice also include business litigation, estates and environmental law. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Vanderslice advises small to medium size businesses on environmental reporting and impact statements, risk assessment, insurance and reporting requirements.

Geneva was a member of the 2004 graduating class from the Callaway School of Business at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC, receiving her Bachelors of Science degree in Business and a minor in Spanish.

Geneva attended law school at the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University, Buies Creek, NC, while jointly attending the Lundy Fetterman School of Business at Campbell University. Geneva graduated from both programs in 2007, earning her Juris Doctorate (JD) and Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Geneva was admitted to the North Carolina bar in 2007. Following law schoo,l and after being licensed as an attorney, Geneva proudly served as an associate at Scudder & Hedrick, PLLC in Raleigh, NC, where her skills as a lawyer and litigator were honed and finely tuned. Geneva left that practice amicably to open her own firm in 2008.

Geneva is member/licensee of the North Carolina State Bar and Judicial District 10 Bar. She is also an active member of the North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina Advocates for Justice (formerly North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers), American Bar Association and the National Bar Association.
